All rooms are subject to availability. If you have a preference to stay in a particular room at Simonstone Hall, please contact us directly to make your preference known, however, specific room allocation cannot always be guaranteed.
Check-in is available FROM 3pm on the day of arrival and we are not currently able to accept any early check-in, without prior arrangement. Charges apply. Please do not bring luggage into the hotel before 3pm, however, you are welcome ot make use of our car park and bar/restaurasnt.
We have a number of ‘Dog-Friendly’ bedrooms available to our guests.
Availability is limited, please contact a member of staff for allocation and cost information.
These are limited to a maximum of two dogs per room. Charges apply. Damages will be charged.
Some of our rooms have the space to accommodate children on small additonal beds. Should you require use of these items, please contact us directly for prices and information, and to ensure that your room allocation is suitable.
Guests will be liable for any damage and charges may be made for loss of use of accommodation.

GENERAL TERMS
For reservations of upto four rooms.
A £100 per room per night non-refundable deposit is charged.
Balance is due on check-in, and check-out.
This may vary for special offers and packages.
Cancelling Less than 10 full days prior to arrival – Deposits cannot be transferred to new dates, but to alternative guests.
Cancelling within 48 hours of check-in date – full outstanding balance for the stay is due.
Where a dining package (or other inclusion) has been booked and confirmed, the balance is due in full. This includes dog-charges, room supplements, any any other ‘extras’ applied to the booking.
‘No-Show’ bookings are charged at the full outstanding balance.
Early departures will be subject to the same.
NO REFUND OR DEVIATION FROM THIS POLICY IS POSSIBLE, IRRESPECTIVE OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED FOR ALL GUEST BOOKINGS.
For group bookings of five rooms or more, a 50% (per room) non-refundable deposit is charged.
The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 14 days of the date of arrival is chargeable in full, including any extras, dining packages etc.
For larger events of more than 10 rooms, 100% non-refundable balance is due on booking.
BOOKING.COM & THIRD-PARTY BOOKING TERMS VARY.
When booking through OTA sites such as Booking.com, guests are charged the full balance on booking. The stay is non-refundable and non-transferable. We always recommend booking direct for very best rates and terms, and to avoid commission costs. If booking through a third-party site, please contact the hotel directly to confirm your terms and room arrangements.
We highly recommend that you consider personal travel or booking insurance, as we are unable to amend these terms, irrespective of cancellation circumstances.
DEPOSITS are taken (and redeemed) as a ‘Room per Night’ deposit. £100/room, per night, or total booking amount if less. Booking deposits may vary for Bank Holiday stays, events and special offers. For package stays, special offers and bank holiday dates, all deposits and incremental payments (where applicable), remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, irrespective of individual circumstances. For special offers & promotions, payment-in-full may be required on booking, the full value of the stay is non-refundable and your booking is non-transferable.
DINING
Any non-package dining cancellations will be charged at £10 per person for lunch time bookings, and £25 per person for evening reservations, irrespective of circumstance and notice. Afternoon tea will be charged at the full rate. We regret that we are not able to deviate from this policy.
Where a ‘dinner included’ package is part of the reservation, this will be charged in full.
Simonstone Hall reserve the right to cancellation with 100% deposit refund, at any time, without recourse.
